How we handle your data

ReadyToSubmit is designed with a "Local-First" architecture. Unlike traditional web applications that upload your files to a server for processing, our tools utilize JavaScript to perform all actions directly on your machine.

When you "submit" or "process" a file:

  • The data is loaded into your device's Volatile Memory (RAM).
  • All calculations and transformations happen within the browser's sandbox.
  • Once you close the tab or refresh the page, the data is permanently cleared from memory.

Cookies & Technical Identifiers

We believe in a web without tracking. ReadyToSubmit does not use persistent cookies, LocalStorage for tracking, or SessionStorage to store your personal information.

We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers. Our server logs only capture the most basic, non-identifiable information (such as your request timestamp and the resource requested) to ensure site stability and performance.

Ad Disclosure

To keep this utility free for everyone, we display minimal advertising. However, we do it differently:

User Rights

Because we do not store your data, "Right to Access" or "Right to be Forgotten" requests are naturally fulfilled — your data is forgotten the moment you leave our site.

You have full control over the local environment. If you wish to ensure a completely clean slate, you can clear your browser's cache or use Incognito/Private mode while using ReadyToSubmit.
